First Responders respond with great appreciation and surprise and comment about how much they need to hear a “thank you” from the people they serve and protect. They often express, that “thank yous” from citizens are rare. First Responders often want to know more about Prayer Postcards and sometimes will ask for a Prayer Postcard to uplift a co-worker.

Some First Responders testify that they feel the presence of prayers made on their behalf, and have described the experience of the personal presentation of a Prayer Postcard as “making their day.” They often tell us that they have shared Prayer Postcards with their family members and that they know exactly where their Prayer Postcards are located.
